I have been sentenced for my crime. When do I get my property back?

There is a waiting period required by law after sentencing before your property can be released. This waiting period depends on the crime you are sentenced for.

  • If you are sentenced for a felony, the waiting period is 60 days.
  • If you are sentenced for a misdemeanor, the waiting period is 30 days.
