Can you please provide a dumpster for the homeless? Either at the old DMV, on the east end of the parking lot that connects to the chevron on Victor/Cherokee and/or next to the railroad tracks between Elm/Locust. Everyone complains about the garbage homeless leave around and i feel it would greatly alleviate the problem if they had some place to put it. All nearby businesses keep their dumpsters locked (except for one by elm/locust site which the owners allow me to use for neighborhood garbage, but only when there room to do so)
Anyways even if businesses had to put $5 in, it would be in their best interest to do so considering bcuz a clean city would be more welcoming and attract more customers/tourists. I would be happy to make sure they are worth the investment and clean up the areas until they reach full capacity every garbage day----i already pick up garbage from my walking route and clear empty lots on my own time anyways... It would be nice to have more than 1 place to put it.
