Assistance Programs:
HEAP - A County Program that may pay up to $800 towards your utility account. This is an income-based program.

The following are programs for discounts:
SHARE - May discount your bill for electricity and refuse 30%. This is an income-based program https://www.lodi.gov/DocumentCenter/View/4003/SHARE-Application-2022.
Fixed Income - to qualify, your Income must be below $45K. The Income must be a fixed income type such as SSA & SSI. If qualified, you may receive a 5% discount on your electricity. https://www.lodi.gov/DocumentCenter/View/211/Fixed-Income-Discount-Program-Application-PDF.
Medical Discount - qualifying medical conditions may receive a 25% discount. http://www.lodi.gov/DocumentCenter/View/567/Residential-Medical-Discount-Application-PDF.
Rental Assistance - Qualifying customers of the City of Lodi may qualify for rental assistance apply at www.cvlihc.org or by calling 209-472-7200 ext 100. I have attached the flyer as well.
