[ARCHIVED] Adventist Health Lodi Memorial opening mass vaccination hub on April 15

LODI, CA – April 12, 2021 –  Adventist Health Lodi Memorial, Blue Cross/Blue Shield and the City of Lodi have collaborated to respond to the global COVID-19 pandemic by opening a mass-vaccination site at Hutchins Street Square on Thursday, April 15.

The site has the capacity to offer up to 7,500 vaccines a week, depending on vaccine availability, over the next several months. Vaccine allotment during the opening week will allow the clinic to open but not at full capacity. It is anticipated that the vaccine supply will increase and allow for full capacity in upcoming weeks.

Beginning April 15, residents of Lodi and nearby communities will be able to get their COVID-19 vaccination, as they become eligible, through the new COVID-19 Vaccination Hub. Vaccinations will be given 8 a.m. to 8 p.m. three days a week – on Thursdays, Fridays and Saturdays – at Hutchins Street Square, located at 125 S. Hutchins Street. The hub’s main entrance will be located at 600 W. Oak St. Free vaccinations will be provided by appointment only; no walk-ins will be accommodated. Appointments can be scheduled by visiting www.myturn.ca.gov. As eligibility for the vaccine evolves the website will be updated.

“Adventist Health has supported its communities by providing vaccines at vaccination clinics across its network of 23 hospitals. We are proud to be expanding vaccine opportunities for our community members who are eager to get back to their daily routines, said Terri Day, administrator of Adventist Health Lodi Memorial.
