Residents who wish to attend the September 16 City Council Meeting, whether to make public comment on an item or just observe, may do so by using Zoom. The Zoom meeting may be accessed through an electronic device or via telephone.
When public comment is called for, participants may "raise their hand" by selecting "Raise Hand" on their electronic device or by dialing *9 on the telephone. Once called on, participants will be allowed five minutes to make their comment. Public Comments submitted via email will be posted to the City website approximately 30 minutes prior to the start of the meeting.
