[ARCHIVED] Great Plates Delivered Program

In a partnership with LOEL Senior Center and local restaurants, three meals per day will be delivered to seniors impacted by COVID-19 with no access to nutritious prepared meals.  Interested seniors must contact LOEL Senior Center at 209-368-2050 or email at meals@loelcenter.net

The program is open to seniors who are not currently receiving Meals on Wheels or other government meals program, and is planned to extend until June 10, 2020.  The meals are provided at no cost.  Menus are weekly and are prepared according to guidance from the FDA and California Department of Public Health.  The City encourages you to call or email the LOEL Senior Center for registration.

This program is also intended as a local restaurant stimulus program.  Qualifying restaurants will be preparing delicious and nutritious meals and be responsible for delivery.  Restaurant information and an enrollment form are found here.
