Lodi Electric Customer Assistance & Relief Energy (CARE) Program
Are you having problems with your utility bills this month? You are not alone. Many households experience occasional hardships which prevents paying the total amount due. The Customer Assistance & Relief Energy (CARE) Package program offers grants towards monthly residential electric charges for qualifying low-income customers two times per year (with a six month waiting period between application submittals). Even if you are a current SHARE discount account holder and Fixed-Income discount account holder, you can apply for this additionalassistance. Contact the following program administrators to apply:
