Pursuant to Section 54954(a) of the Government Code of the State of California, agendas are posted at least 72 hours in advance of a regularly scheduled meeting (or 24 hours in advance of a special meeting) at the Carnegie Forum (southeast entrance, ground level), 305 West Pine Street, which is a public place freely accessible to the public 24 hours a day. Agendas are also posted in the City Clerk’s Office (2nd Floor) and City Hall Lobby, 221 W. Pine Street; at Worknet, 631 E. Oak Street; and on-line.

Members

The five members of the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee are appointed by the Lodi City Council and serve four-year terms. One of the five members is a representative from the Planning Commission. Members of the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee must be registered to vote in the City of Lodi at the time of application.

The members are identified in the City of Lodi’s Conflict of Interest Code and file statements of economic interests with the City Clerk’s Office. Copies of the statements of economic interest filed by the members may be obtained by visiting the office of the City Clerk. The physical address of the City Clerk is:

Committee Information

The purpose of the Site Plan and Architectural Review Committee is to assist the Planning Commission in reviewing site plans and architectural drawings in order to determine compliance with zoning ordinances and to promote the orderly development of the City.
