Pursuant to Section 54954(a) of the Government Code of the State of California, agendas are posted at least 72 hours in advance of a regularly scheduled meeting (or 24 hours in advance of a special meeting) at the Carnegie Forum (southeast entrance, ground level), 305 West Pine Street, which is a public place freely accessible to the public 24 hours a day. Agendas are also posted in the City Clerk’s Office (2nd Floor) and City Hall Lobby, 221 W. Pine Street; at Worknet, 631 E. Oak Street; and on-line.

NOTE: All staff reports or other written documentation relating to each item of business referred to on the agenda are on file in the Parks, Recreation, and Cultural Services Department, 230 W. Elm Street, Lodi, and are available for public inspection. If requested, the agenda shall be made available in appropriate alternative formats to persons with a disability, as required by Section 202 of the Americans with Disabilities Act of 1990 (42 USC Section 12132) and the federal rules and regulations adopted in implementation thereof. Members
The five members of the Parks and Recreation Commission are appointed by the Lodi City Council and serve four-year terms. Members of the Parks and Recreation Commission must reside in the City of Lodi at the time of application.
The members are identified in the City of Lodi’s Conflict of Interest Code and file statements of economic interests with the City Clerk’s Office. Copies of the statements of economic interest filed by the members may be obtained by visiting the office of the City Clerk. The physical address of the City Clerk is:

Committee Information
The purpose of the Parks and Recreation Commission is to advise City Council regarding parks, recreation, and leisure activities that would interest or impact the community. In addition, the Commission advises the Council on fees, any changes to the Lodi Municipal Code that affect park operations, prioritizing capital expenditures, and other matters that affect the public’s use and enjoyment of City parks while providing a forum for public engagement.
