Pursuant to Section 54954(a) of the Government Code of the State of California, agendas are posted at least 72 hours in advance of a regularly scheduled meeting (or 24 hours in advance of a special meeting) at the Carnegie Forum (southeast entrance, ground level), 305 West Pine Street, which is a public place freely accessible to the public 24 hours a day. Agendas are also posted in the City Clerk’s Office (2nd Floor) and City Hall Lobby, 221 W. Pine Street; at Worknet, 631 E. Oak Street; and on-line.

The seven members of the Lodi Senior Citizens Commission are appointed by the Lodi City Council and serve four-year terms. Members of the Lodi Senior Citizens Commission must be registered to vote in San Joaquin County at the time of application.

Committee Information
The purpose of the Lodi Senior Citizens Commission is to advise the City Council and City staff on all matters relating to policies and programs that will serve all senior citizens of the community. This includes collecting public comment and other information to determine the needs of seniors in the community, and promoting programs that accomplish that goal.
