The Special Needs Citizen Registry is a voluntary program that allows individuals or their caregivers to provide essential information about their specific needs, such as medical conditions, communication preferences, and emergency contacts. This information will be securely stored in our database, accessible only to authorized personnel, ensuring the utmost privacy and confidentiality.

In the event of an emergency, our officers will have immediate access to this vital information, enabling them to respond effectively and with the necessary sensitivity. Parents and care providers will be able to enroll a person of any age with any medical, mental health condition, or disability including, but not limited to, the following:

• Alzheimer’s Disease
• Dementia
• Bipolar Disorder
• Autism Spectrum Disorder
• Down Syndrome
• Epilepsy
