DEADLINES TO PARTICIPATE IN THE CITY-WIDE SURVEY

The survey being conducting by DataCycles on behalf of the City of Lodi is nearing completion as officials announce the soon-approaching deadlines.  City representatives continue to urge citizens to voice their opinions by completing the survey on-line at www.datacycles.com/LodiSurvey.  Citizens preferring to complete a paper survey may request a copy by calling the City Manager’s Office at 333-6700.

Important deadlines are as follows:

• April 13^th Tuesday – last day to request a paper copy from the City Manager’s Office 333-6700
• April 17^th Saturday – paper surveys must be  received by DataCycles for manual input
• April 19^th Monday by 9:00 a.m. – on-line surveys must be completed and posted with DataCycles
