RECOVERED STOLEN PROPERTY FOR VICTIM VIEWING.
Details: Detectives of the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office, Delta Regional Auto Theft Task Force, and Lodi Police Department recovered several truck loads of stolen property from the Stockton and Lodi areas. The stolen items recovered by the San Joaquin County Sheriff’s Office and the Lodi Police Department will be on display for victim viewing on Saturday March 5, 2005 between the hours of 10:00 am to 3:00 pm. The location for this event will be held on the first floor of the parking garage (2 N. Sacramento Street) located at the intersection of Pine and Sacramento Streets in the City of Lodi. Only victims will be admitted into this area. The victims should have in their possession a copy of a crime report, agency case number, or a purchase receipt that bears the serial number(s) of the items. Persons who have not made a crime report will NOT be admitted into the viewing area.
The items on display will consist of power tools, cement tools, bicycles, hand tools, tool boxes, and ladders. No personal items, such as coins, jewelry or furniture will be displayed.
Crime Prevention Officers will also be available to answer any questions and give advice on how to protect your property in the future.
