On 122803 at approximately 2120 hrs. Anthony Maurino a 19-year-old Lodi resident was shot while standing on the corner of Lodi Ave and Central Ave in the City Of Lodi. Approximately four shots were fired with one hitting Maurino. Maurino was treated at an area Hospital then transferred to a Sacramento area Medical Facility. Maurino was in critical/serious condition when he was transferred. The Lodi Police Department Special Investigations unit is investigating the shooting.
