Online motor vehicle collision reports

The Lodi Police Department has partnered with PoliceReports.us to make certain vehicle collision reports available online at http://lodica.policereports.us/

This partnership will allow residents and insurance companies to obtain motor vehicle crash reports investigated by the Lodi Police Department through the convenience of a user-friendly Internet site. The cost to obtain a report online will be $2.50. Residents may still obtain these reports free of charge at the Police Department, located at 215 W. Elm St.

Collisions with fatalities, serious bodily injury, and named suspects in hit-and-run collisions will not be available online.

Reports of motor vehicle crashes occuring within the City of Lodi on or after June 1, 2008, will be available online. In most cases, reports can be accessed within seven days of the incident. Additional information and instructions will be available via our website www.lodi.gov/police or you can call the records unit at (209) 333-6731, between 8 a.m. and 5 p.m. Monday through Friday.
