SECTION 1:                                        PROCEDURE

 

                                                            A.        Upon hire or promotion into a position that drives City vehicles, an Employers Pull Notice form must be filled out by the employee during orientation with the Personnel Department.

 

                                                            B.         The Police Department receives printouts from the DMV of all employees enrolled in the program, and will notify the respective departments if there are any concerns.

 

                                                            C.        The Department Head (or designee) of an employee identified as having a driving related concern will take appropriate action deemed necessary to address the concern.

 

                                                            D.        Upon separation from a position that is enrolled in the Pull Notice Program, the employee must again fill out the Employers Pull Notice form.
