Small Business Workshops
The Lodi Public Library is
pleased to offer workshops on a variety of business topics.
Workshop Schedule
Home-Based Business (three Saturdays, beginning Jan. 26). The free workshops will be held at the Sullivan Community Room at the Library:
- Businesses You Can Run From Home: 8:30 a.m.. to 10:30 a.m., Jan. 26
- Getting Your Home-Based Business Up & Running. Put together a business plan before it's too late and get on track. Get off to a good start with everything in place: 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Jan. 26.
- Office Technologies for Your Home-Based Business. What technology do you actually need for your business? 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., Feb. 9
- Organizing Your Home Office. A place for everything and everything in its place? 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., Feb. 9
- *Create Your Web site Today. Create a live Web site for your business today. Your site will be live at the end of the workshop. 8:30 a.m. to 10:30 a.m., March 1.
- Marketing Your Home-Based Business. How to get the word out and get customers. 11 a.m. to 1 p.m., March 1.
* To successfully participate in this workshop, you need to meet with a consultant at the San Joaquin Delta College Small Business Development Center (SBDC). There is NO charge for this consultation. Please call the SBDC at (209) 954-5089 to make an appointment.
