
Under the Military Selective Service Act, all young men (citizens and non-citizens)
between ages 18 through 25 are required to register with Selective Service. Failure
to register is a felony and subjects the offender to potential serious penalties and
the loss of significant benefits such as: federal & many state and local jobs, student
financial aid, federal job training programs, eligibility for US Citizenship, etc.
Registration can be accomplished at any US Post Office or on the internet at www.sss.gov. You can also verify registration on the SSS
