"Due Date" refers to the deadline for submission of bids or proposals. Bids will be
received in the Finance Department at 300 West Pine Street, Lodi, California 95240 until 11:00 a.m.
Pacific time on the Due Date listed. Bids or proposals which are properly submitted prior to 11:00 a.m. on the
Due Date will be publicly opened and read reasonably soon thereafter. Bids or proposals which are not
submitted prior to the Due Date will be returned to the bidder unopened. FAXed submittals will not be
accepted.
Plans and specifications for certain projects may be purchased at Lodi City Hall, 221 West Pine Street, Lodi, or may be
ordered for delivery by mail. "Price for Specs" refers to
the cost of plans and specifications purchased at City Hall (first amount),
and the cost ordered for mailing (second amount).
