The Administration division of the Finance Department has the following responsibilities:

• Plan, organize, coordinate and review the services and activities of the Department
• As Treasurer, oversee the investment of the City's funds
• Provide projections, analysis and source data for debt service
• Coordinate preparation of the City's Financial Plan and Budget document
• Review, analyze and evaluate financial policies and procedures
