Referendum against Ordinance 1812, "An Ordinance of the City Council of the City of Lodi Approving and Adopting the Redevelopment Plan for the Lodi Community Improvement Project" (Measure W)

July 2, 2008 - Council adopts Ord. 1812 approving and adopting the Redevelopment Plan for the Lodi Community Improvement Project.

September 26, 2008 - Petition for the referendum against Ord. 1812 is filed in the City Clerk's Office.

October 15, 2008 - Council adopts Resolution 2008-203 certifying referendum petition against Ord. 1812 and Resolution 2008-204 placing the matter on the ballot for March 3, 2009, Special Municipal Election.

November 19, 2008 - Council adopts Resolution 2008-226 setting priorities for written arguments and directing the City Attorney to prepare an impartial analysis and Resolution 2008-227 providing for the filing of rebuttal arguments.
