Neighborhood Services Division
The Neighborhood Services Division administers federal funds received from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD). Lodi receives two grants based on a formula allocation. They are the Community Development Block Grant (CDBG) and the HOME Investment Partnership Act Grant (HOME). Federal funds administered by the division support programs and services for low-to-moderate income citizens and neighborhoods to increase self-sufficiency and meet needs that are otherwise not being met in the community. The Neighborhood Services Division works closely with the Lodi Improvement Committee in developing programs to improve the quality of life for Lodi residents.
