The City of Lodi’s current contract for funding from the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development (HUD) through the State Department of Housing and Community Development for a First-Time Homebuyer Program expires on May 31, 2012.
The City will be reapplying for the next round of HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) funding in August of 2012. If funds are awarded to the City of Lodi, applications will be made available in November 2012.
