A. CALL TO ORDER / ROLL CALL
The Special City Council meeting of April 9, 2002 was called to order by Mayor Pennino at 8:07 a.m.
Present: Council Members – Hitchcock, Howard, Land, Nakanishi, and Mayor Pennino
Absent: Council Members – None
Also Present: City Manager Flynn, City Attorney Hays, and City Clerk Blackston
B. CLOSED SESSION
(APN 043-072-01); the negotiating parties are the City of Lodi and the Lodi Adopt-A-Child Foundation, a non- profit 501(c) 3 Community-based organization; price and terms of the lease are under negotiation; Government Code §54956.8At 8:07 a.m., Mayor Pennino adjourned the City Council meeting to a Closed Session to discuss the following matter.

C. RETURN TO OPEN SESSION / DISCLOSURE OF ACTION
At 8:25 a.m., Mayor Pennino reconvened the City Council meeting and disclosed that there was no reportable action taken in closed session.
D. COMMENTS BY THE PUBLIC ON NON-AGENDA ITEMS
None.
E. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at 8:25 a.m.
