The Special City Council meeting of January 9, 2002 was called to order by Mayor Pennino at 5:30 p.m.
Present: Council Members – Howard, Land, Nakanishi, and Mayor Pennino
Absent: Council Members – Hitchcock
Also Present: City Manager Flynn and City Attorney Hays

At 8:30 p.m., Mayor Pennino reconvened the City Council meeting and disclosed that there was no reportable action taken by the City Council.

None.
E. ADJOURNMENT
There being no further business to come before the City Council, the meeting was adjourned at 8:30 p.m.
