By preparing the 2020 UWMP, the City continues its commitment to intelligent planning and management of its water supplies. The draft 2020 UWMP is available for public review beginning May 6, 2021 and written comments will be accepted through June 6, 2016.
In addition to completing the 2020 UWMP update, the Water Shortage Contingency Plan (WSCP) is required to be submitted as a standalone document (it was previously a component of the UWMP). The Public draft of the 2020 WSCP is available below for written public comment between May 6, 2021 and June 6, 2021.
The 2020 UWMP Guidebook adds a new requirement for UWMPs to include a statement of reliance on the Delta region in order to comply with the requirements of the plan. This new requirement applies to the 2015 UWMP, which was amended to include a statement on the City of Lodi’s reliance on the Delta region. The Public draft of the 2020 Delta Reliance statement is available below for written public comment between May 6, 2021 and June 6, 2021.
