The Eastern San Joaquin Groundwater Authority (ESJGWA) has finalized the Groundwater Sustainability Plan (GSP) for the Eastern San Joaquin Subbasin. The final GSP is available at this link. An informational presentation will take place the morning of November 19th, at the City Council's regular shirtsleeve session. Additionally, City Council will consider adoption of the GSP at a public hearing on November 20th.
