The Lodi City Council recently approved participation in the CaliforniaFIRST PACE (Property Assessed Clean Energy) Program for residential and commercial properties. CaliforniaFIRST allows property owners to finance the installation of energy and water improvements on homes or businesses which can then be paid back as a line item on their property tax bill. CaliforniaFIRST makes energy and water efficiency projects more affordable and accessible and allows participants to choose a contractor and install an array of custom-tailored clean energy projects.

Coming Soon - HERO Financing Program |
The Home Energy Renovation Opportunity (HERO) Financing Program is a Property Assessed Clean Energy (PACE) program which allows homeowners to finance the purchase and installation of renewable energy (including electric-vehicle charging stations), energy efficiency, and water saving home improvements with no up-front costs. HERO appears as an assessment on the homeowner's property tax bill, which is then repaid along with their property taxes and includes certain tax-deductible benefits.
